Shipped in a cardboard box with no plastic. It did contain 3 freebies (vinyl sticker, foam sticker, nostalgic owl-eating-a-tootsie-pop key ring), so now I gotta figure put what to do with those. Shipping was delayed due to emergency on seller's end and they communicate that clearly. This pill-bug is adorable, and is EXACTLY what my kiddo needs. He is already sleeping better, and is happies and better at monding his manner (he has as of yet rejected any previous stuffy attempt). I absolutely recommend this seller.

Item much smaller than expected. Arrived damaged. Seller did give partial refund for damage. Did not come with any instructions on how to set up. When I asked, seller sent explanation. It did not meet my needs but I am sure it's okay for others

The quality and smoothness of these nails were awful and I had to smooth them out and shape them myself before giving them as a gift to my family member.
